Program Overview
Uptick is a structured, three-month NCD prevention and reversal initiative designed for scale. Governments can enroll citizens directly through ministries of health, social services, public works, or employee wellness divisions. Each cohort receives structured workshops, coaching, and reporting that link individual success to population-wide outcomes.

Approach
Our methodology combines evidence-based education, lifestyle coaching, and ongoing accountability. Each participant completes entry and exit surveys, attends weekly workshops, and tracks their health improvements. Governments receive aggregated reports with outcomes measured against benchmarks such as weight management, blood pressure, glucose control, and quality-of-life improvements.

Why It Matters
NCDs—including diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and obesity—are the leading causes of death worldwide, accounting for 74% of all global mortality. In the U.S. alone, chronic disease consumes over 90% of annual healthcare spending. For governments, this means budget strain, workforce instability, and rising disability burdens. Uptick offers a prevention-first solution that lowers costs, increases citizen productivity, and reduces long-term healthcare dependency.
