Subject: Strategic JV Fundraising Campaign Proposal: Public Health x Music for National NCD Prevention

Overview of the Opportunity
The Celebrate Health Movement—powered by SAAF CAMP and the Celebrate Health Education & Wellness Act (CHEWA)—presents a transformative opportunity for the Tri-State Public Radio Music Collaborative (TSPRMC) to participate in a high-impact public health and music collaboration with national scalability. This joint venture would leverage the trust, reach, and cultural influence of TSPRMC’s collective audiences to drive a powerful public health initiative centered around preventing non-communicable diseases (NCDs)—the leading causes of death and disability worldwide.

The partnership model is simple: TSPRMC provides its unmatched reach, credibility, and musical platform; Celebrate Health / SAAF CAMP provides decades of proven public health programming and large-scale engagement capacity; and CHEWA supplies the institutional framework to extend this mission across school systems, municipalities, corporations, and national agencies. The result is a revenue-producing, impact-driven national campaign that improves community health while strengthening TSPRMC’s position as a public-minded cultural leader.

The Celebrate Health Advantage

SAAF CAMP (now evolving forward as Celebrate Health) brings a proven track record of community health transformation, including 36+ program graduations since 2011 and 3,600+ graduates internationally. Celebrate Health programs have demonstrated measurable success across government agencies, corporations, and community-based organizations.

The initiative includes:

With the formation of CHEWA (championed via Senator Kevin Parker), Celebrate Health is now structured to scale nationally and institutionally—supporting adoption by school systems, municipalities, corporations, healthcare providers, and public broadcasting partners.

This established infrastructure positions TSPRMC as an ideal strategic ally for large-scale community health transformation.

The Campaign: Music x Public Health x Community Impact
In partnership with TSPRMC, Celebrate Health proposes a multi-tiered fundraising and engagement initiative designed to empower listeners with actionable health tools, address NCDs through prevention, elevate wellness literacy, activate brand partners, and generate significant revenue for both Celebrate Health and TSPRMC. This initiative will culminate in a nationally visible finale event in Newark, NJ or New York City, celebrating participants, partners, and community outcomes while elevating TSPRMC as a leader in cultural health advocacy.
