Yes, the book is designed to be accessible for readers of all ages, from freshmen in high school to cherished elders. The author has skillfully broken down technical concepts into relatable, easy-to-understand language, making the material engaging and approachable for everyone.
5-7 Hours. However, this is not a book to speed read. It is a life guide that you should refer to throughout your health journey. And, whenever possible, read it with someone you love!

Celebrate Health goes beyond standard wellness or fitness programs. It is a globally recognized, evidence-based NCD prevention initiative that integrates measurable outcomes, community engagement, and professional oversight. Programs like Tune Up (one month) and Uptick (three months) are designed to produce lasting behavioral change while aligning with WHO and PAHO standards.
There is currently a waiting list for the next program. It will be virtual and you can train with CH where you are. As of February 2025, it looks like the next programs will begin in spring. Historically, SAAF CAMP was the moderator of such programs. CH is a sibling of SAAF CAMP. While SAAF CAMP offered an array of programs from training elite athletes, limited mobility, corporate wellness to personal programs … at this time CH currently offers general conditioning, functional mobility, personal and corporate wellness programs.
