Historically, SAAF CAMP was the moderator of such programs. CH is a sibling of SAAF CAMP. While SAAF CAMP offered an array of programs from training elite athletes, limited mobility, corporate wellness to personal programs … at this time CH currently offers general conditioning, functional mobility, personal and corporate wellness programs.

There is currently a waiting list for the next program. It will be virtual and you can train with CH where you are. As of February 2025, it looks like the next programs will begin in spring.
