Month 2: Team Assembly and Initial Recruitment

    • Start recruiting staff for HQ in Brooklyn and satellite locations in the boroughs.
    • Continue the search for property and finalize preliminary HQ design discussions.

Month 3: Program Finalization and Initial Setup
