Section Two: Overview
Tour Dates: May – June 2025 | Target Audience: Students (Grades 6-12), Parents, School Staff
Locations: Two schools in each of NYC’s five boroughs (10 total stops)
Event Format:
- 1.5 hour health forum per stop | 500 attendees per event
- Focus on preventing non-communicable diseases (NCDs) and achieving optimal health
- Video capture for later use and on demand streaming
Section Three: The Goal of the Tour
Distribution:
- 500 books per stop (5,000 total) to attendees
- Program Insert: Each book will be accompanied by a program featuring sponsor logos, product/services info, and optional coupons
Engagement:
- Challenge: Attendees are encouraged to read the book, provide feedback, and take a quiz
- Virtual Wellness Program: Sponsorship for successful quiz-takers to join the summer wellness program (July & August 2025) with sponsor support
