  • Entry & Exit Interviews – Onboarding assessment and closing consultation to measure progress and set sustainable next steps.
  • Healthy Lifestyle Counseling (x3) – 30-minute one-on-one sessions with licensed professionals to address nutrition, stress, and lifestyle behaviors.

  • Up to 100 participants: $3,000 per employee
  • 500–1,000 participants: $2,700 per employee
    Equivalent to less than $40/hour per participant, covering services from our team of certified health professionals. As a registered 501(c)(3), certain costs may be tax-deductible.
