Week I: Introduction
Physical Fitness Test | Complete Any and All Orientation (contact info, insurance provider, deposits, clinical data, before/after photos, testing such as blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol) | Intro to Movements | Assignment of modifications as per the need of the participant | Strategy Workshop | Time Management Workshop.
Week II: Lay Down the Law – Focus on establishing boundaries and discipline. Participants are introduced to their body’s importance and their role as the “sheriff” of their own health. The goal is to help participants take ownership of their health and understand the importance of daily commitment.
Week III: Balance & Coordination – Introduction to agility ladder drills.
Focus on improving balance and coordination to enhance movement quality, with modifications as needed for individual participants.
Week IV: Psychological Week – Emphasis on the mental aspect of health. The week focuses on mindset shifts, stress management, and psychological strategies to maintain long-term commitment to the program.
Week V: Self Discipline – Focus on self-discipline: participants learn how to stay on track with their goals, manage distractions, and develop a mindset that supports consistent effort over time.
Week VI: Self Discipline (Continued) – Continuation of self-discipline with deeper strategies for time management, habit formation, and mental toughness to reinforce the lessons from Week V.
Week VII: Hell Week – A more intense week designed to challenge participants physically and mentally. This week tests their endurance and ability to push through discomfort, preparing them for future success.
Week VIII: Finals WeekGame Day – Participants undergo a one-mile walk and are assessed on their physical fitness.
Clinical Data Collection II – Collect updated data on weight, blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol
Physical Fitness Test II – Compare fitness progress against initial testing to measure improvement.
Week IX – XII: Independent MonthCoach Supervision – For the final month, participants work independently but under the supervision of the coaches. The participants are expected to demonstrate the knowledge and skills learned in the previous two months, taking more ownership over their training while coaches provide guidance and feedback as necessary.
