Celebrate Health: A Journey to Optimal Living

Duration: 3 months per participant

Target Participants: 100,000 people across NYC, scaling nationally.

Structure:

  1. Introduction Phase (Week 1):
    • Family Day: Orientation session for participants and their families.
    • Participants are introduced to the program, its goals, and the concept of lifestyle transformation.
    • Entry Interviews (Why each person wants to participate? Any existing Conditions? Why they will not quit?)
    • Distribution of books (Keith Dorsette’s “Celebrate Health”) and uniforms.
    • Blood work and lab analysis for baseline health metrics.
  2. Core Training Phase (Week 2-9):
    • Three Physical Sessions per Week:
      • Personal training, fitness, and wellness programs tailored to NCD prevention.
      • Incorporation of nutrition education, stress management techniques, and physical fitness.
    • Workshops:
      • Week 3: Understanding the Relationship Between Sugars and Chronic Disease.
      • Week 4: Healthy Option Menu, Food prep and cooking workshop, 555 Calories (or less) in 15 Minutes
      • Week 5: Managing Blood Pressure and Cholesterol.
      • Week 6: Healthy Option Menu, Food prep and cooking workshop, 555 Calories (or less) in 30 Minutes
      • Week 7: Importance of Electrolytes and Hydration.
      • Week 8: Reading Food Labels and Making Informed Health Decisions.
      • Week 9: Time Management
    • Regular health monitoring and check-ins by certified professionals.
    • Virtual Program: For those unable to attend in person.
  3. Independent Practice Phase (Week 10-12):
    • Participants must demonstrate the ability to execute learned skills independently.
    • Regular check-ins and virtual coaching.
    • Participants continue working on fitness and health goals on their own, with remote guidance.
  4. Celebration Phase (Week 12):
    • Family Day: Closing ceremony to celebrate successful completion and share success stories.
    • Graduation ceremony with certificates, rewards, and health progress metrics.
  5. Program Follow-Up:
    • Post-Program Check-In: Regular check-ins at 6 months, 12 months, and 2 years to track long-term success and reintegration of learned habits.
